Apple Tree Bed & Breakfast is a grade II Victorian house situated in the historic market town of Tavistock. Boyton Farmhouse B&B
Boyton farmhouse is a Grade II listed property dating back to around 1750. Boyton enjoys the beautiful back drop of the southern tors of Dartmoor. The house is surrounded by farm land and has its own 7 acres with access onto Dartmoor. The Bed and Breakfast accommodation consists of a self contained apartment on the top floor of the farmhouse A large double bedroom with space for a fold out 3rd single bed space the accommodation enjoys a private studio kitchen and shower room. If you wish to eat out there is the village Inn only 2km away reached by a footpath from the back door across beautiful countryside or a short drive as you prefer.

Number58 Tavistock is the ideal adult - getaway from it all and a 5 minute walk to local restaurants and bars. It offers 3 very individually designed suites ranging from 47 - 92 square meters. Super king size beds with 800 thread count bedding. Two of the suites have separate living areas/rooms. All suites have 40 inch 4K smart TVs with free access to Netflix. Complimentary Molton Brown toiletries large soft fluffy towels and robes slippers ironing facilities hospitality tray. Free wifi throughout. Breakfast is included in the price. We do not have parking on site but you can park on the road outside free of charge. If there are no spaces there are a number of car parks within a 5 minute walk where you can park for £2 all day. During your stay with us we are happy to fully refund the car park costs here in Tavistock on receipt of the car park ticket. We don t currently have an alcohol licence but you are more than welcome to bring your own alcohol with you and we are more than happy to provide glasses ice etc.
