Modbury Town in Devon

Location
Modbury is a small town in the South Hams region of Devon. It lies alongside the A379 road, about 12 miles east of Plymouth and 9 miles northwest of Kingsbridge. The current population of the town and parish is approximately 1,500. Attractions nearby include the National Shire Horse Centre and Kitley Caves at Yealmpton, the southern slopes of Dartmoor and the Devon coast between Wembury and Salcombe.
