Black Torrington village, Devon
A small village situated about 11 miles south of Great Torrington in North Devon. The 15th Century church is dedicated to St. Mary and is notable for its wagoon roof and carved woodwork. Surrounding settlements include Sheepwash, to the east as well as Bradford, Holemoor, Buckland Filleigh and Highampton. It lies just south of the River Torridge in the EX21 postcode district.
