Bondleigh village, Devon
The village of Bondleigh lies about two miles north of North Tawton in the EX20 postcode area of West Devon. The village lies on the west bank of the River Taw and is served by St. James' church.
The church, dedicated to St. James the Apostle, is 15th century but may have been built on a previous structure as there are traces of a Norman window above the chancel. The church tower holds 4 bells.
