Woolacombe village, Devon

Woolacombe is a village on the North Devon coast and is best known for its fine sandy beach. Situated between Morte Point and Baggy Point and almost three miles in length, Woolacombe is west facing and hence catches the best of the Atlantic swell. A popular destination for body boarders and surfers the beach is reached by a number of car parks either in the village or through the dunes at the Putsborough (southern) end of the beach.

Woolacombe village itself is a popular destination with locals and visitors alike. There are a wide range of places to eat and drink as well as all types of accommodation options.
