a small friendly campsite, situated in a wooded valley by the West Lyn River in the middle of Exmoor National Park. We are the nearest site to Lynton on the coastal path. The 2 moors way ends near-by. Walks from the site include Watersmeet and the Valley of the Rocks. The site provides freshly cooked breakfasts with free range newly laid eggs. We ae proud of our reputation for the quality and quantity of our meals. A shop/reception has an off-license and sells basic foods, beers, wines and camping equipment. LPG is available. Free fishing is available for the brown trout that inhabit the river. basically if you can catch them then you can eat them. During early and late season the toilet blocks are heated and maintained to a high standard The water is usually piping hot and plentyfull. Why not visit out of season? If the weather turns too bad you can always transfer into one of our static caravans or riverside Holiday Lodges The hot showers are included in the price as is the hot water washing up facilities and hand washing in the small launderette.
