Northeast-facing it lies to the east of the breakwater below Berry Head Road and just west of Shoalstone Beach. It has some great views across to Torbay.
There is easy access with parking close by as well as a good range of facilities. There is a café at Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Pool, as well as a large number of cafés and shops in Brixham itself.
Snorkelling can be good under the right conditions and chalets and deckchairs are available for hire.
