A manganese mine situated 2.5 miles northeast of Milton Abbot near Lifton in West Devon. Including Harris Mine and Narracott Mine the only record of unnderground work is from Lower Boundary Shaft.
Production records report that 53,019 tons of manganese ore was raised between 1858 and 1907. For Narracott Mine - 336 tons of manganese ore was raised between 1873and 1875.
